Pre-Order and Out of Stock Policy
We are a Small Batch Australian manufacturer and source our materials from local suppliers. Our aim is to design and produce styles made from consistently available stocked lines but from time to time, our suppliers may run out of stock. This in turn, affects our production schedules.
Our Pre-Order policy refers to styles that are in production and due for release on an advertised date. The benefit of pre-ordering is that items are secured without risking the item becoming sold out. Demand can be very high on certain items & they may sell out completely via Pre-Order before they are physically in stock.
In the event that your order contains items that are listed as “Pre-Order” as well as items that are “available”, we will only ship your order once all items are available. If you wish to receive the “available” items ahead of “Pre-Order” items, you need to email us at email@example.com and provide us with your invoice number so we can arrange a partial delivery. Partial deliveries will incur extra shipping fees unless advised otherwise.
Please note that delays may occur i.e supplier delays, production delays – dates are not guaranteed. The Apron Studio reserves the right to change advertised dates at any time. We cannot be held liable for delays that may occur if you wish to pre-order an item.
Pre-Order items are charged at the checkout along with available items. You will proceed through to check out as usual & make full payment when selecting a Pre-Order. We do not accept cancellations on Pre-Orders, they are a final sale. So please take extra care when placing your order.
Out of stock
In the event that an item is showing as “Out of Stock”, a proposed availability date will be displayed. You can add your name to a Waiting List and we will notify you when the item becomes available. Alternatively, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
