Returns and refunds
Thank you for shopping at The Apron Studio, we hope you love your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with our products, we are happy to refund or exchange within 30 days from invoice date subject to our policy below.
REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We will gladly refund the full amount (minus the delivery fees) if you have changed your mind provided the below conditions have been met. Once we have received the items (they must be in their original condition with tags and labels) and we are satisfied, we will then issue you with a Return Authority number.
EXCHANGES – If you would like to exchange your items for another colour in the same style, you will need to return the items to us (at your expense) within 30 days of invoice date (note point 3.) We will replace them with your chosen colour but the order value must be the same as the original order (in the same style). We will invoice you for the additional shipping unless otherwise advised.
TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR REFUNDS
- A copy of your invoice has been provided and a Return Authority approved
- Items must be returned to us within 30 days of order receipt (at your expense) & we’ve received our goods in their original condition
- Items must be in their original condition, unworn, clean and in their packaging with tags/labels
- The purchase price (minus delivery charges) will be refunded to you via the original payment method. No refund will be made until we have received the returned items and completed our investigations
- We will exchange your items within 30 days of invoice date provided you ship the goods back to us within this period. You are responsible for all shipping fees due to change of mind

PLEASE NOTE: We do not refund items that have been Custom-Made, embroidered, screen printed or personalized.

The Apron Studio does not cover or refund any shipping costs simply due to change of mind. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with these returns. We will only refund shipping costs for faulty items, and cover them if you choose to have the faulty item replaced.
