ShippingWe use a door to door courier service that delivers to all Australian major cities. Deliveries are made on Monday-Friday between 9am-5pm. We do not deliver on weekends or Public Holidays. Deliveries differ before or after long weekends and can take longer during peak seasons. All deliveries require a signature. Unfortunately, we do not deliver to PO boxes so please provide a street address when submitting your details.
Your order will be processed within 2 working days of order receipt. Orders leave from Sydney and delivery can take between 2-5 working days to all major Australian cities. Please allow an additional 2-5 working days for rural areas. Deliveries to WA and NT can take longer, between 7-10 days. We will send you a confirmation email with a tracking link so you can follow your package during the whole transit time.
Upon delivery, a signature will be required. If no one is available, a card will be left behind with instructions on how to collect your parcel or how you can re-schedule your delivery.
Embroidery orders take longer, up to 7 days. **Minimum order quantities apply**
Custom-Made orders are dealt with on an individual basis, please refer to our custom-made page for more information.
- If your parcel has not arrived within the specified delivery time, please call us firstname.lastname@example.org so we can update you. Unfortunately, The Apron Studio cannot be held responsible for time delays caused by the courier company.

All prices listed on our website are in Australian Dollars AUD$ (please refer to a currency calculator to convert from AUD$ dollars into your currency) and include 10% GST or Sales Tax. International orders are not subject to this Sales Tax. Freight charges are calculated and based on weight, destination and insurance. We will advise you of this information upon receiving your inquiry.
Please note that you may have to pay import duties at your end depending on your country’s import laws.

Terms & Conditions
- It is your responsibility to advise us should an order delivery be late, incorrect or damaged. Please contact us immediately on email@example.com Should an order be lost in transit, damaged or incorrect, we may not send replacement items immediately. Replacement items will be dispatched according to our discretion following our investigations.
- We do not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.
- We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.
